“Superintellect” for a project office: documentation packages
Before transferring the project, you need to collect an agreed set, and in the folders there are different versions of the explanatory note, diagrams and statements. The assistant can prepare a list and show discrepancies. The basis of such an application is a record of the accepted composition, so that the newest file does not accidentally replace the approved edition.
The list of the set is clearly set
For the pilot, select one transfer of documentation and its agreed list of sections. Each position needs a designation, editorial, status, responsible and a link to the received file. The last date of the change on the disk does not confirm the agreement: the draft may be newer than the current document.
If one section is missing or its revision is not defined, the application shows an open question. It doesn’t have to take the most similar file from another project to cover the empty space. The links between the volumes, annexes and statements are kept separate from their textual content.
The checksum links the record to a specific file
For the received file, you can store the checksum and check it when preparing the package. Python hashlib documents describe hash computation tools, including SHA-256. Such verification helps to match byte content with the recorded record, but does not in itself confirm the engineering agreement of the document.
If the file has changed after acceptance, the application notes the discrepancy, saving the previous record. The reason for the change and the new version must be confirmed by the responsible person. It is also useful to store the original file name so that renaming does not look like a new accepted version without reason.
What can prepare a model
The assistant can extract symbols and links to sections, draw up a draft list and highlight mentions of missing applications. For each such comment, an initial fragment is needed. The unknown link is left with a question; the model should not create a new schema sheet or invent a matching number.
For a test run, prepare two editions with similar names, a renamed received file, a missing application, and modified content under the old name. Check that the final package matches the accepted list and that the employee sees all unfinished positions before the transfer.
Composition of the server project
Specify the amount of documentation, size of attachments, access groups, approval rules and transmission format. The quotation separately includes import, editorial directory, content control, list preparation and confirmation interface. The issue of the accepted set must have its own journal and a reproducible version of the list.

Does the check amount mean that the document has been approved?
It helps to check the content conforms to the recorded file. The basis of approval, responsible and status of the document are stored separately.
