Where to use handheld stations TETRA
TETRA is a trunk communication standard for services where the conversation should not be lost: transport, energy, industrial sites, perimeter security. Unlike conventional radio, there are group calls, priorities, and work through a network of base stations rather than “direct to the neighbor.”
IP67 protection means that the hull can withstand dust and short-term immersion – the station will survive rain, washing and falling into a puddle. For working outdoors all year round, this is the main parameter after the range.
The parameters of this model
The range of 350-470 MHz covers most departmental networks. Two power classes - 1.8 and 1 W - allow you to choose the mode: more power where the network is far away, less - where the battery life of 1650 mAh is more important.
Built-in coordinate receiver is needed where the dispatcher should see where the brigade is. The notification function when falling gives a signal if a person fell and does not move, this is a requirement in hazardous industries.
